Domestic Shipping

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

East Coast & Midwest 1–3 business days
West Coast & South 3–5 business days
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories 5–7 business days

Yes. Free shipping on orders $99+ applies to all U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Delivery times may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery speed options are selected by you at checkout. We ship via UPS and USPS. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
USPS Generally lower total cost. Little to no brokerage fees. Delivery times may vary.
UPS May appear cheaper at checkout, but can charge additional brokerage fees on delivery. These fees are separate and are the customer's responsibility.
For most international orders, USPS tends to be the more cost-effective option overall.
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees or product prices and are collected by your local carrier or customs authority. All international orders must comply with local import laws.

Tracking & Issues

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within one business day, check your spam folder or reach out through our contact form.
Occasionally carriers mark a package delivered before it arrives, or leave it with a neighbor or building office. Wait 24 hours, then check with your local post office or carrier. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
