All Sale items are Final Sale, and are not eligible for return.
For Final Sale Items, we offer an option at checkout for you to add the ability to return your final sale items for any reason, given it's still in new condition. If you add this option at checkout, you will have the option to return it for any reason within 7 days of receiving your product. -
All clothes must be in new condition, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Return Process: You'll cover the cost of postage when returning the product.

However, you can purchase a bulk-discounted shipping label within our Return Portal for all eligible returns, exchanges or store credit, cheaper than in-store USPS rates.
All Sale Items are Final Sale and are ineligible for return or Exchange.
Final Sale Items are not eligible for Re:do.

Please dropoff your return package within 2-3 days of receiving your label, otherwise the return will lock and will have to be processed manually.
Exchanged items are no longer eligible for refund, only store credit.

Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Please reach out by website chat or email if you believe your package was lost in transit. We purchase insurance on all packages and will help you resolve any issues.
We ship to the address you put on the order, if you put the wrong address, please message us immediately so we can correct it.
Avoid shoving clothing into box, please try to fold neatly. Items may be damaged during transit and will not be returned or refunded.
