Return Options

All returns and exchanges are processed through our Return Portal. Three options are available:
Exchange Free return label provided. No fees. One exchange per order.
Store Credit Free return label provided. No fees. Credit issued once we receive your return.
Refund Free return label provided. A restocking fee up to 10% may apply.
Tip: If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend choosing store credit — it gives you more flexibility than a one-time exchange.

Return labels provided by us must be used within 7 days of being issued. Late or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
✓ Unworn and unused ✓ All original tags attached ✓ Folded in the original packaging ✓ Packing slip included
Items returned with signs of wear, stains, makeup residue, perfume, missing tags, or any damage will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Fees & Important Details

Exchanges and store credit: No fees.
Refunds: A restocking fee up to 5% may apply. This is deducted from your refund amount and helps us cover return processing and shipping costs.
Exchanges are free once per order. In the rare case you need to exchange your exchange, you will need to cover the cost of shipping back to us. If you're unsure about sizing or style, we recommend choosing store credit instead — it gives you the flexibility to shop without the one-exchange limit.
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Please make sure to enter any codes at checkout before completing your purchase.
Returns and exchanges on international orders are not available through our standard return portal. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
All returns are inspected carefully. Items that don't meet the return conditions listed above (unworn, tags attached, original packaging) will not be eligible for a return. If you have any questions before sending something back, feel free to reach out to us first.

How It Works

1.  Visit our Return Portal and log in with your order details 2.  Select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose exchange, store credit, or refund 3.  Print your free return label and ship the item back within 7 days 4.  Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange, credit, or refund
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
