Return Eligibility Timeline

• 0–7 Days:

Returns initiated within 7 days of receiving your package are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached and include the original packing slip.

• 8–14 Days:

Returns initiated between 8–14 days of receiving your package are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

• Finality of Exchange:

Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for refund or a second exchange.

All items (including sale styles) are eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit within the timelines above.
A prepaid USPS return label will be provided for all U.S. orders — no return shipping costs to you.

• International orders are not eligible for refund at this time.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout — please double-check your info before completing your purchase.

• Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

• Discounted orders and items are still eligible for return.

• A 4% restocking fee may apply to refunds above $250

• All exchanges are final. In select cases, adjustments may be possible depending on timing and processing; a restocking or admin fee may apply.

• Orders placed then cancelled before fulfillment are subject to a 3% fee to cover credit card processing fees.
