You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund and 14 days for store credit or exchange.
All items must be unused, with tags, folded in original packaging, and include the packing slip.

All refunds are subject to a flat 10% restocking fee, no exceptions.

All exchanges are final.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return labels provided by us must be used within 7 days of issuance for refund/store credit eligibility.

Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
For orders over $200, please note that packages are only insured up to $200. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking closely.

Delivery is complete once the shipping carrier marks the package as “delivered” to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.

You acknowledge and accept this risk when completing your order and agree that Miss Finch NYC is not liable for any loss resulting from delivery to unsecured or shared mail locations.

By checking out, you waive the right to dispute charges on the basis of delivery confirmation or refund denial. You are fully responsible for providing a secure delivery address and for reviewing our policies before purchasing.
